i really love to eat kimchi .. so since ... so i decided try making them myself :D

the ingredients

get ready ~ cut the cabbage half

spread salt all over each leaf

salting process part 1 ~ I leave it for 1.5hours

salting process part 2 ~ turnover the cabbage so all area can be salted evenly. leave it for another 1.5hrs

during the salting process, I prepared the rest of the ingredients. being a housewife is really tough... chopping the onions is really saddening (i keep tearing ^^)

- on the 1st pic, i did not include chinese parsley. y? becos i forget to buy spring onion. so while doing this, i went to ntuc to buy spring onion, but oredi sold out. so i asked my aunt whether can use chinese parsley as substitute ~ she said OK :D

next, i mixed chili powder, chincalok with fish sause.... then i add on the rest of the ingredients and mixed them again with some sugar syrup

tada ~~~my kimchi paste is now ready *EGGCited*

the cabbage is salt-ed so i washed them 3times under running water. now u can see the cabbage has becomes soft

now i can spread kimchi paste onto the cabbage and remember on each and every pc of the leaf

oh yeah!!! kimchi is now almost ready :DDDDD

fridge u go.... for fermenting process.... very very *EGGcited* now... hope the fermentation is successful and my kimchi turns out well

before i end my post, i must really thanked my coll, Ms.Frances Tan for guiding me thru the process, bring me to buy the ingredients and gave me a link to learn from ^^

I guess this is the most dramatic concert trip I ever went..haha... I really wanted to catch this concert so bad, haha which I duno why..... i went to soda forum to search for ppl that is going for this concert that I can join. At first, i did not get ANY response, but later I found someone who some time back (way back before the concert was announced) posted her interest of going but she is alone. I pm her and "wow", I'm going Taipei!!! hahaha... Thks to SL and LF. We meet-up after gotten the concert tic and plan for our trip. 3 of us was meeting first time in our life... thou after we spoke abt our details during the Sing With Me Tour... we might have crossed path during tat time... haha

after beitou hotspring we headed back to hotel to get prepare for the big nite.... while on the way back to hotel, *vv* text me informing me the concert merchandise will be on sale fm 1.30pm onwards... so to avoid disappointment if the merchandise is sold out, SL and myself divert our route to taipei arena, bringg all our wet clothes and towel....

once we reached, there was a long q. i was too gan cheong so din take any pic of the stall..... cos *vv* told me tat the postcards are very limited. so i asked the staff whether the postcards are still available... they said 'sold out'... but can try at the other stall....

so there's another stall at the other side of the venue and q was very very short and thk " " the postcards is still available.

look wat they hv.. they have 2 group of concert tee; 1 by Converse and 1 by the band themselves, thou both are designed by them. the 1st 3 tees on this standee are by Converse & the 4th tee is by the band ~ same design in 2 colorways.

I bought the 1st 2 design on day 1 and bought the 3rd design on the 2nd day. But when i return home, I found I hv 2pcs of the 2nd design.... is my fault, i din chk after buyin :(

for the concert tee by the band, I bought the white version & bought both towels as well

the red printing on the white shirt is printed from the inside of the tee.

on the 2nd day 9/20, I bought something and they gave me this lanyard. this is not for sale but free with the merchandise. Then i started to complain cos I bought a lots ystdy but din gv me this..... I made a lots of noise, keep saying i 'take plane come'... then the staff bo-bianz and gv me another one... hahaha... la la la... dun care cos i need 2 sets of everything.

back to xinbeitou again :D this time we are here to visit the hot springs... Jo visited before so she led us the way.....

a stream emerges from the Geothermal Valley

but unfortunately, the Geothermal Valley is closed for renovation.. so sad and this is the 2nd time Jo missed the place. tink the last time, she came on a Mon which is closed on every Mon... so remember to avoid Mon next time.

so we continue our search for a hotsprings to bathe.. so we stop by the stream along the way to soak our feet *hot* *hot*

we look ard a few places but they are either too ex or indoors... I wan outdoor hotsprings so I can look at the sky while bathing.. hehe... so we end up at Millennium Hot Spring which is an outdoor public hot spring. At NT$40 plus an additional NT$20 if you store your stuff in a locker.

actually photo-taking is not allowed inside but ... haha... but cant resist. can u see I labelled the degree of hotness in the pic

view fm abv... since this is a public hotsprings, so there's lot of local uncle and auntie... they are super friendly and tell us wat to do.. thou i oredi forgotten by now...1 uncle told us must go to the cold pool in between the hot ones. super shiok.... i wish i lived in beitou... hahaha....

this is the hot-test pool... see my label... i tink 1 is 39degree and another 1 is 40-41 degree, i can't remember cos it's too long oredi... only Wenli and me challenged the 40degree pool but for awhile only cos really toooooooooo hot. if not we really cooking ourselves.

so it's another year but im still blogging abt my taipei trip which I went last sept... hahaha..... i am really tooooooooooo slow....

so after 木柵動物園 we went back to ximending to catch a live performance @ Riverside Live House. thou in between, LF and me went to search for polka dot pj to wear on tmr's concert. haha....

b4 we left for Taipei, LF suggested to SL and me to catch a live performance while we are in taipei... just to get the feel of it.

thou i was hoping i can catch a performance by someone I know, eg 黃建為.... but not so lucky hehe, maybe next time.... and next time i wan go other live performance venue like The Wall and Legacy. wondering when my next trip to taipei.. hehe...

we set off in the early morning and took the MTR (or MRT, watever la) via Muzha Line to Taipei Zoo stn. and chg to a bus.. can u see the road is very narrow...

tis is the cable car stn but not functioning now cos heard there was some techinical fault and the cable car fell down... errrr.... scary.

so wat am i doing @ a university while on tour. hehe... of cos there's a reason behind. this is the U tat ashin studied last time :p

again, travelling alone is really quite fun. I asked direction @ the mtr stn and took a bus here. but I still need to walk in to the school cos the bus stop is @ main road.

lucky it's sch day and i could go in (posing as student). hahaha...

the archi of this U is very futuristic looking hehe... im not an expert in this field but loves to see nicely designed building

i reached almost to 1pm and many students comin in..so shld be afternoon classes starting soon

i juz walk ard the campus without knowing which is wat....

新竹一日游

i hv always wanted to take a train journey @ taiwan... so here i am

since i only have less than a day time so i could only choose someware near to go. if not i will choose a route that i could see the real scenery

after almost 2hrs train journey, i finally arrived @ hsinchu
again, very drama... b4 i left for tpe i did some research on hsinchu of places i could go. to north i can go hsinchu harbour; to south i can go to some lake. actually i wanted to go to the lake but i din really print out the map and things. so i thot since this is a tourist spot, i shld be able to find map @ the railway stn

but when i reached hsinchu railway stn, there's only tourist leaflet for hsinchu harbour. so without wasting time asking ard, i head direct to hsinchu harbour via local bus. actually it was very fun tat i travelled alone and ask for my own direction. and taiwanese is really very super friendly, nice and helpful.

when i alight the bus, the bus driver pointed out a 2storeys building which is a market that's sell fresh seafood and have eatery upstairs. so i walked over to hv my lunch; seafood noodles and clams. the seafood is very fresh and the food tastes good as well.

eat full liao so next is the 17km splendid coastline scenic area via cycling hehe...the waitress told me to complete 17km on bicycle would require 4hrs. ahem... ok nvm, i'll just cover a bit ;) then i proceed to a bicycle rental shop and get this bike for NT100

blue sky looks cool rite but it's actually very very hot. and i tink it's too hot tat nobody wan to cycle during summer time and especially noon time. haha, cos when i started cycling it was 12+

really the whole path is near to zero human, only some local passing by on motorbike and gv me a stare... "tis girl muz be siao cycling under the hot sun"

i too bo liao and enjoying the whole path by myself, i decided to take some fun photos

last dec, we went to tpe and feel in love with the 飯糰 @ 7-11. when i told *wl* how yummy is the 7-11's , she laughed @ me and tell me to try the real 飯糰. on 9/18 morning, b4 leaving for taipei zoo we were looking ard ximending area for breakfast (oh yeah!) and we found 1 push cart selling food and they hv 飯糰!

glutinous rice with preserved vege, crispy you tiao, pork flosss & egg. this is the real 飯糰!!

again im super outdated.. almost 2 mths im back fm my tpe trip then i started to update in my blog.

9/14 ~ my 3rd trip to tpe and 3rd time taking Jetstar. is ok just luggage weight too strict hehe or i hv too many things to bring back

my travel companions :)

wow, seeing another plane on air

greeted by many cute Taiwan Deaflympics mascot on arrival. since im travelling on free n easy, there's no airport transfer and i hv to take those airport bus to tpe city and it's quite convenient. heng ar! i know i can survive with my limited chinese characters knowledge! hehehe...

after checked in @ hotel, I meet up with my tpe fren *wl* and we went to see that man's rehearsal for tmr's Deaflympics Games Closing Ceremony. obviously we cannot go in since this is the rehearsal and not the actual event. Im a tourist so i dun care cos no1 knows me there, i go ard and asked those volunteers for their pass and try to 'ha-la' with the security to let us in... and u shld be able to guess ~ failed la.
but i did not gv up, suddenly the gate @ the entrance we were at; opened and the security was busy with other 'passer-by', so i quickly sneaked in. then i try to get to the seating area by getting help fm a volunteer. hahaha.. im a tourist, so i dun care :p

I choose a seat nearest to the stage to chk out the rehearsal which was fun, seeing how they co-ordinate the performance. but abt 30mins later some security found we do not hv pass and kick us out. la la la....

9/15 ~ thk u *wl* and *ac* for getting my tic for the closing ceremony

this closing ceremony is held @ the outdoor stadium beside taipei arena

both short side of the stadium is a stage. *aa* will perform @ this stage. so cute, got steamed bun deco.

opposite side of the audience. and on the field, the games hv prepared a big feast for the athletes which is a way taiwanese treat their guests...also a way to show atletes fm other country abt traditions in taiwan

wow, again im so out-dated on my posts... haha.. was too busy and too lazy sth. and did i tell u i moved house during 五月天 last visit to sg earlier this year... and on this day i moved house again. hahaha... wat a coincidence.

concert merc was almost sold out on the 2nd day.. which was sold most of them on 1st nite. cos this pic is taken 6+ on 2nd day. most of the popular items are gone. lucky we hv ordered them via FC so we dun hv to q.

it was a rainy morning, so we hv to use umbrella during our walk.... hehe... but it was a short walk and during the walk there's volunteer telling us some history of the area we passed by.

i tink highlight of today's event is to eat our fav 'da bian lu' mala. my crave for mala has finally ended... i love to eat tofu and like to perform my 'fish paste' skills.

had a walk @ ION after lunch b4 i head to serangoon to ahem... play squash for the 1st time in my life after planning to do this since 2yrs ago. hahaha... 925's husband pick me up @ serangoon stn and headed to the court which is actually very deep inside serangoon garden. we booked the court for 2hrs and i oredi cannot take it after playg for 1/2hrs. hahaha.... i tink i shld be not bad for my 1st try at least i can still hit a few times... other than keep picking up the ball during my 1st hour. haha... but really EXHAUSTED and sweating after the game. and the next day both my arms and thighs are very very aching... i find it so difficult to take off my clothes and again limping my way thru. even today still aching...really old liao. but i like this game, it's fun and i wan to continue playing. ya, cos since i bought a new racquet, i shldnt be wasting my $$ and 'ban tu er fei' ;)

this is how the stage looks like...

one minute in history:
wat a coincidence tat actually 五月天 hv their own 828... which marked the 10th anniversary of their 1st 10,000ppl concert... so on the same day 10yrs ago, we started our own journey... my journey with S4 and their music journey.. hehe... sometimes life is really unpredictable.... really. i always laughed everytime i thot how i became a fans of them... i dun really recall knowing them end of 90's.. but i remember i really dislike them (hahaha...dun throw things at me)i duno y, maybe i doesn't know them. but my fav 五月天's song is 纯真 which is the theme song of a local drama :)
I begin to notice them or ashin when he compose fish's 丝路 with lhom. haha... and i did went to the auto session of the concert before Jump '07 concert.. the '06 concert which requires fans to wear red. I can't rem whether i was passing by (cos it was @ J8) or i go kepoh with *do*. then my time came when *do* was q-ing to buy concert tic for the Jump concert, i was too free i guess and went to accompany her to q.. haha.... but end up we q till midnite... since i q-ed for so long, might as well i go catch the concert. thou i am not familiar with their songs but i still enjoyed it... and i tink i took sometime to remember the rest of the members' name ;)
and until today, im still not familiar with their older songs.. haha.. some CD is still unwrapped.. no wonder i still hv unfamiliar songs fm this concert.
this is my story, and i still laugh until today :)

~ our seats was quite far so as suggested by *do* we shld sit back and relax and see the whole view of the concert... of cos we din really sit, we stood up the whole concert... ok la.. i sat down during break time. haha...
~ the stage was again very cool... duno how to say in words.. but with the construction, lightings and graphics.. it's just great.
~ they were again funny and bad.. always teasing guan you.
~ the concert ended after midnite ard 12.15am as promised... and I am quite tired jumping, dancing and screaming... leg and hand also aching.. haha... we really shld do more exercise to prepare for this kind of high energy level concert
~ one thing i would like to say, i tink it will be great if every1 is holding blue lite stics rather than colourful lite sitc. well....

tis year 828 we celebrate our 1st 10yrs together.... no need to say wat we've been thru cos u will know ;) is not very long time but it isn't short as well.

i've actually prepared a 10yrs speech to say out on 828, thou i did but it was quite incomplete (cos i 4get to say the most important thing). is quite a shy thing if i hv to say out face to face, and i thot it was easy *shy* haha

mostly is abt me being with S4.... im grateful to my frens for accepting who I am.. u know me la... sth X and sth X... but regretably (got tis word or not?) u hv to stick with me (or i'll stick with u guys) for the many more 10yrs ahead. u can't get rid of me.. ngek ngek ngek...

the thing i enjoy most is having so many ppl supporting our 'fren' together; it'll be lonely if I go alone. love it most when we sat down n talk 'bad' abt him and laugh it out loudly together (the good points no need to say la, u all know). most of the thing i wanted to say is mostly fm my previous post as a fans for 17th yrs, so no need repeat. if not, this post will get very cheesy, and i'll start to ... ya....

as u can see fm my posts, im not good in words (spoken or written) so maybe if i talk too much, things will get messy.... so u all know la.. wat i want to say... (ok.. im hearing ppl say duno wat i wan say)

ok, the most important thing tat i 4get to say tat im very sad and i apologise tat it is my fault tat i hv not set good example for u guys to learn fm me..... really only all those X things u remember and learnt.... "tis is a free country" - the most commonly used phrase. haha...

last note... really hv so much fun for the past 10yrs doing crazy stuffs together.... and hope we can continue 'do something crazy' goin forward. not only fun stuffs but also all the support i've got all these while... *touched*

was shopping @ IOI Mall and spotted these slippers so I bought, not like i dun hv any... well...

the 1st costume.. haha... finally i got to see this, thou he din wear the veil but is enuff for me

~ this is a much simpler concert as this is part 2 in KL and due to the location is a 'fake' beach so everything is casual... as u can see ec only wore 1 of his tour costume and wore tees for the rest of the nite.
~ he greeted us with some malay words "Selamat Datang" (Welcome) & "Dilarang Merokok" (No Smoking). haha.. he muz hv seen lots of no smoking sign along the way so might as well learn it.
~ for me this is a more enjoyable concert than the 1 @ merdeka stadium last yr cos we are nearer la.. the last crt i was sitting so far far away i only c the big tv screen all the way
~ it was a hot nite thou later on the nite there's some wind... ec asked how to say hot in malay... it is 'panas' a fans told him
~ since this is the last stop of the Moving On Stage tour, there's many thk u session to all the musician, dancers etc
~ he talked quite a lots at this crt maybe becos this is a smaller crt or is the last crt for the tour.. he was very funny hahahaha... i dun really rem wat he said but i rem i had a good laugh
~ his canto songs is more popular in msia as i can hear every1 singing along with those canto songs, like a big K-session
~ not much things to cmnt as this is the 3rd concert i went for this tour.. hahaha... it's really enjoyable listening him sing live and singg those older canto songs back in late 90's

I hv last talked abt this movie here when they first released the first batch of movie characters' poster.

on 7/20, the distributor of the upcoming 《風雲2》which the english title hv been changed to Storm Warriors due to some copyright reason (huh??), have organised a 150days countdown to the opening of the movie on 17 Dec 2009 (pls mark this date in yr calendar). but only the Wind is here without Cloud.

can u tell there's 2 person tryg to be very funny... haha...

the most talk abt guiness world record stage and the stage used in this crt is actually a brand new stage which is modified for better performance. the old one is too tired liao so they decided to make a new one (so can tour more places???)

~ this de show reel tour started in Nov 07 in HK, and continues to Part 2 in Feb 08. after tat start touring to Macau and some parts of China and then to Taipei in Dec 08. and finally to Spore this May.
~ Im not goin to tell u how good the concert is as the newspaper and the attendees review hv proven it all. I just want to say that only u go and see for yrself then u will know how good the concert is.
~ I think this man was under-rated as a singer/performer cos ppl dun believe he is this good. But then im glad after this concert more ppl come to aware that he is indeed geng.
~ our seats was so good that it was soooooooo near to the stage, and he appear like IN FRONT of us almost every costume chg and the best part is... he played piano right IN FRONT of us. Wow!!
~ always love *our* interaction in the crt.. hehehehe...
~ but the water segment was a bit :( cos he did not come to our area and kick water to us... due to the limitation of the indoor space, the water part was taken off juz right in front of us. Anyway while he was waitg to rise up for this segment, we use our wet towel and try to 'sprinkle' him as much water as our towel can reach. And we did it... hahaha...revenge time fm tpe crt.
~ had lots of 'fun' @ his after-concert dinner... haha.....obviously we are not allow to attend, we juz see fm far and entertained ourselves with jokes on him.
~ the tour will continue to taipei again on 1st and 2nd of Aug, and i hope the tour continues but..... to no where near my area ;)

i recently was introduced to eatg this coconut jelly by deb.... i've never seen this b4 and actually was quite excited.. hahaha... let's chk out wat's inside....

the packaging comes with a plastic spoon.. as u can see the coconut is mixed with jelly... and fyi the jelly is not made fm any sweet soup but fm the coconut juice itself.

the jelly hv strong taste of the coconut juice.... very refreshing

and not only tat... after eatg u can dry up the shell and use as container.. hehe..

me was chit-chatting with a coll and duno how we come to *aa*'s concert topic. she asked me how much is the tic.. then she said wow, it's ex, just for tat 3 hrs show. again, we r comin back to tis topic.. hehe.. maybe try to convince myself tat it's not ex. but i told her it really depends on individual, wat is the thing tat u tink is worth. maybe there's ppl who spend few hundreds to buy a branded bag.. etc etc

i told her the price i paid is not only for the 3 hrs show. is also for the time we look forward for the concert; fm the day we bought the tic to the actual day. i can consider during this 'waiting' time is a kind of 享受, meet up with the gang to discuss whether any props to do or talkg abt the concert makes us 快乐 oredi.. and *aa* still came here once to promote the concert. so i shld say the price i paid is very worth it. maybe after the concert what is left to me is only memories but it is still very valuable to me... once awhile tink back wat happened during tat period would make me :)

so is it a branded bag tat would make u 快乐 when u carry it out or a strings of memories tat would keep u alive (in some or other way); that make it worth yr money spent - u choose?

and as i always say, as long as u r 快乐, can liao ;)

hahaha... the restaurant name sounds familiar until Chef Clement whose the owner of this place said he used to hv another place @ Club Street which is called Eden Cafe. ahhhh... no wonder sounds familiar, i went there once ard last year Oct. hehe... he said tat place is oredi closed and he concentrate on this one @ Rochester Park.

and the best thing is tat they are selling these fakes blw the shop, NCORE tat actually sells the REAL tees... haha....

after tat we went to eat @ the little shop beside ya kun tat was said to sell hong kong style food. forget the shop name but u can tell cos it's very hong kong - the menu.

i ordered this - hong kong happy bowl. the food is not bad juz we drank milk tea (from the same shop) and almost full so we din really finished up our food.

and one real funny thing is tat there's this 1 guy shared table with us (sat beside me)... he ordered a milk tea and keep shaking it... like wan the ice to melt quickly.... it was quite annoying and we were like hmmm????

then he started to talk to himself, i mean he is actually talkg to some1 maybe his invicible fren but 2 of us was like ????????? we duno wat to do... and he keep talkg which kinda of like in a conversation with some1 - like got Q&A. after quite a long while, he left and we were so relieved. hahahaha... duno y he become like tat?? maybe his boss tekan or pick on him so much (sounds familiar... hmmm). so if u can't tolerate something eg. work or gf or watever juz let go, dun waste yr life on sth not worth it *agreed with do*

"lu rou fan" comparing to those we ate in taiwan, this is not too salty. and this restaurant special, they hv added fried small prawn so when u eat the rice there's a crispy chew inside.

walkg to mrt today with wei2 and passed by this cake shop which is situated around my office. yes, my office - the ulu-est place in tg. pagar. i cannot complain too much cos got ppl office is even more ulu than mine tat need to take a 50mins bus fm the nearest mrt stn.

brownies.... tink is peach.. hehe.. not sure.. but is YUMMY :) $2.80/slice

they hv more items actually but of cos i cannot take pic of the menu... they hv breakfast, say got 1 super fanstatic item, i 4get the name liao.... anyway the items sold is very organic 1 and the ingredients used is imported.

the shop juz opened and their full menu will only available next week; so i will try tat fanstatic item then. and btw, their website is still under construction :)

i only heard of 3 album fm here so i cant comment much but i was hoping to see Yoga's 神秘嘉宾 here, but at least he got 1 song in the top ten.

im quite busy here... hahaha..
i love onion (the song and the composer to be exact). ashin is geng ar compose 2 songs.
no need to say much tat my fat fren got 2 songs here as u can see. thou the credits muz go to the composer for making such good song(s) for him to sing.
im sure Yoga very happy to be in the top 10 with his idol (i say 1 la... hahaha...)
qi zhen song i like also, in fact the whole album is nice.
and of cos i like the happiest song very much too.

my borrow-ed water gun getting ready for the most exciting concert of the year (in spore).
*aa* u be careful... hahaha....

i tried but hor shot not so far ler... i stand outside my door and the water distance is till my 1st neighbour door only. anyway, nvm la just see the water gun big, can liao :)

more ppl getting wet for concerts nowadays hehe... my ah fung @ upcoming concert in HK

but sometimes we dun really wan get wet. went bukit timah hill again last Sun and suddenly it rained so heavily... and we really get all wet. hahaha.. thou i hope this during 5/30 and certainly not this day....

so we din really get to exercise tat day cos it rained after 20mins we started our climb. we waited the rain to stop and headed to bukit timah market to grab a bite... hehe... highlight of the day is to eat not to exercise actually...

this is a famous fish porridge stall but it only opens fm 11.30am so we din get to eat it but will surely go there next time to try it :D

after tat, my the-very-young-tat-aunt's fren dropped us @ Woodlands MRT, we did some shopping in our very wet clothes and then headed for kopi @ Toast Box to 'dry' ourselves a bit. nice interior - very wooden look, see the table and chairs; remind me of primary sch. hehe....

lhom keep saying get another one... wooooo...... actually we waited quite awhile for the new hp to come... is actually quite long considering im waitg with lhom, if im waitg juz with some customer service staff then is not too long.. hehe....

the hp still no where to be seen, then the host asked lhom to talk to the crowd 1st... and b4 he walk over to the front of the stage... he use his finger to tap my hand which was on the table, n said 'u gotta wait' OM" " i almost fainted...

i drafted this post some years ago for the reason stated in my post subject which actually was to mark my 15th yrs. now i hv to chgd to 17th cos the time oredi passed. i did not post it out cos i wanted to add more things which i believe there is more and wanted to post pic related to the blw events. but it juz get postponed until *hs* started her mm-previousmoments, i realised i still got this un-posted post. the blw are events tat i thot of @ 1 shot.. let's wait *hs* to continue complile our moments in her mm-previousmoments. and tis yr 2009 is more special as we are celebrating our 10yrs together.............

I hv *S4* & *pp*.

1st encounter with *aa*; @ KL crt 1994. Tears juz coming out. haha. The next day, I called my mum and keep on crying over the phone ? dunno y but juz keep on crying.

1st close encounter with *aa*; during Storm Riders promo in SG. Waited for him @ back lane. Did not talk to him (obviously); he juz got into his car and looking at a box.

I love to drink Coke but stopped drinking Coke during the last 5 yrs aa endorsing Pepsi.

One of the best moment with *aa*; during Sepang F1 2003, he waved to us when he driving on the track. Muz hv spotted 3 siao girls waved the flags like crazy. I got so burnt cos is so hot and Michael Schumacher is nothing to us. Dinner @ the same restaurant for 3 nites (zzz) and aa pepping in our car to see what others is laughing at (we had 7 person in our car).

Tears juz coming out while writing this and laughed at myself for crying.

Becomes some1 very hard sell. Sell his album, concert, movies & products.

Many great time during 2000AD filming in SG. Skipped work (got other ppl skipped sch), act funny so can be released early, run like siao ppl fm great world city to grand copthorne, checking out other cute actors, goin home later than him every nite cos wanted to say goodbye to him, and amazed with his slide-down-the-escalator-stunt. Remembering him saying 我的fans, dun be here. some1 got so angry and wanted to quit. After analyzing, he actually said 我的fans means he acknowledged us as his fans and that some1 got over it. And remembering he secretly leaving SG and only 3 + 1 fans managed to see off and not letting his hand off - "pls let go of my hand" *aa* said in a drama tone. Angry with *aa* cos walkg back to hotel one nite with other crew. *aa* ate @ same restaurant 9 out of 10nites of his stay in SG. I missed watching the fight club cos following him but instead he went to watch during his free time. and the 'vampire' still haunts us til today, hahahaha.

2000AD promo @ SG - S4 is in the 1st q for the autograph. We all wore khaki colors. The q stucked and stopped and remembering silly me holding his hand *shy*

2000AD promo @ KL - managed to go to radio stn, took a pic and *aa* talked to me - u are fm here? Y I always c u in SG? Wat u work as? Hehe.

2000 HK crt - 1st time goin to HK and 1st goin to *aa* HK crt, super memorable with our xmas tree, our no standard xmas tree box checked in as fragile item, *aa* letting us to put our xmas tree at studio cafe, eating @ studio cafe, taking 3000 pics @ studio cafe, becoming such a starry person, cried so much on our last nite, waitg for him @ smelly/cold hotel car park every nite. And luckily only one half-eaten fillet is sacrificed during this trip.

Happy to wait for him inside the airport during arrival. Geng tat we actually follow car in other country. Mala hotpot is nice with you tiao (oppsss). Jay picking and disappearing *aa* one nite. A budget trip tat time but stayed @ Shangri-la. Simon Yam smiled at us.

Remembering how slow re-action *aa* is when we said ja ne to him and he only responded the next day.

Fierce car chasing in uncle ong maxi cab managed to follow a fast Lexus. Lamborghini guy (previously Ferrari guy) was furious that we managed to follow him.

2001 SG crt - our biggest props project, our most full form crt as fans, many cars chased his, eddie laughing @ us for shouting so loudly each time our cab passed by their car.

2004 HK crt - it's like his comeback crt, have nvr cried so much in my life i.e on the 1st nite of the crt. maybe we miss him too much cos is 4yrs after his last crt (tour in other country doesnt count) & maybe those yrs was downturn of his career.

i ordered bar chor mee pok for dinner tonite... i tink i said bar chor... y din uncle tell me they are not selling bar chor, they only sell fishball minced meat noodles. of cos is my fault tat i din see properly. when uncle bring my food over, i asked him y yr bar chor is fishball then only he tell me their noodles is fishball version and not the pork ball/mushroom version. hmm....

i stare @ the fishball for 15mins and by the time i finished my noodles (ok i ate the fishcake in my noodles but fishballs is juz not for me)... the fishballs still swimming in the soup.

but of cos in the end i ate them cos i dun wan to waste food. and if i realise it's fishball in the first place, i will tell uncle i dun wan :D i will remember to see properly when i order next time.

met Ling for the 1st time @ Indoor Stadium 12pm... hehe and started to q. tink we were too excited and we actually q-ed at the q for Pen B. lucky the secu came n chk-ed our tic n re-direct us to the CORRECT q for Pen A.
lucky we hv so much to talk abt if not how we could kill all those time. we went in the stadium ard 7+ and we were actually running in so we could still get 1st row and we did :p

- i listened to Oasis back in the 90's during days... but not the recent yrs however i still want to go to tis crt as of cos i loved the songs and it will bring back memories during tat era, and im glad i went.

- not sure how to put it into words but the feeling is like meetg an old fren... haha.. especially when they sang the songs fm the 1st few album. feels like stranger but yet familiar.....

- we were almost squashed to death by ppl behind us. but can u imagine how they survive back there. it was so cramped and we din even hv a space to move our leg. several times, there were ppl behind me being pulled out to breathe.

- i wanted to jump or dance but really no space for me to do tat and really glad we went to q early and got 1st row, at least we can breathe a bit and most important we r standing in front of Noel

- words nvr work for me but overall it was a great rock crt and i would like to go again. i enjoyed it so much apart fm the squashing and aching later on

they sang 飞轮海's 只对你有感觉 and we thot y he wan sing other ppl song in the concert. ok after checkg he wrote the song, hahaha.

next, JJ imitate 张学友. he sang 她来听我的演唱会 - quite close wor. next as u can see tis pic, he sang 头发乱了in cantonese with the same dance as 学友, hehe... after tat he also got sing a few lines of 阿杜's song - quite close also.

after tat he imitate Michael Jackson. at first, he sang You're Not Alone... then... fm the pose, shld can tell is Beat It. Oww! Oww!

OM' '!! he sang my most most fav song 突然累了 in guitar somemore, COOL!

singg 小酒窝 with 2nd guest performer, Fan Fan

they played guessing game then if JJ lose, he get to kiss Fan Fan, and if Fan Fan lose, she get to kiss JJ or the other way round. haha, not important. Fan Fan tells audience pls dun tell Blackie, haha.....

this is the most most most touching part of the concert. his whole family performed together with him. b4 this we (the audience) sang him a birthday song.

and u only get this part of performance here in Spore. Lin Papa also sang a few lines of the song.

this is my most fav costume.. hehehe.. the checks is actually stones :D so is very shiny.

ah ma was spotted sitting @ 1st row too. JJ sang the ah ma & ah gong song, and he said this song is for ah ma, i suppose is for the same ah ma? hehe...

- thou he .... 5x in the concert, but i still loves tis concert. cant believe he ... more times than some1
- juz fyi, JJ is my most fav local singer :D thou i nvr bought his album.. but i know almost all the songs he sang in the concert, tink there's 3songs that i nvr hear b4
- the concert started with JJ solo sing and dancg. he talked quite a lots @ the concert 2....

- the part ware his family came up the stage is really super touching.... repeat again....
- im quite sleepy now so cant tink of anything else to say but in overall, is really a good concert and tis is the 1st time i watched his concert.i missed the one back in 2006 and glad i went this 1.

other mention hehehe.... JJ was guest performer @ Lee Hom's Heroes of Earth Malaysia stop, and tat performance is really very good... i juz suddenly recall this and went to search in youtube to see whether any1 recorded it. hehe.. chk it out here:

i know this is a super out-dated post, i din realise that i didnt post abt this event. hahaha......

on 12/28/08 we brought our CD and redemption voucher to exhange for the concert tic. i arrived ard 10.30am to join the q.

the day hv finally come! again we went quite early to q since this is a free standing crt. tis hapen sometime ago, i dun really rem wat time we went.. is it 5.30pm? hehe...

making malaysia passport in singapore

time flies and it's time to make a new passport which is expiring in less than 6mths. this is a newly renovated building but tink for awhile liao, i also not sure. my previous passport was made @ a temporary buiding @ city hall area there.

i reached ard 8.30, i thot wan to wake up 6am and go early to q since the opening hrs is 8am but i juz cant wake up. haha

this is the guard hse which we need to surrender some kind identification in exchange of a pass to go in the buiding. lucky i do some research b4 goin today. many thks to Constance for sharing info in her blog :D

i got my q number @ 8.50am. the form is written in malay ONLY, i wonder how ppl who doesnt know malay fill the form.. hehe....

paid S$128 for my passport and leave the place ard 10.30am and went home to sleep hehe... the building is quite nice (last time is quite lok-kok).

got a nice water fountain in front of the buiding... is very long..from building entrace to the gate. nice :)

collection of the passport is on the same day now (after 2.30pm) i remember last time i collected my passport one week later, so is improved now. i waited ard 15mins and i got my new passport :D

back to ipoh last week and take some time to eat my fav foods.. hehehe... muz recommend here.

the famous 豆芽鸡... this is one of the famous shop which we always go. i tink nothing much to eat here, only chicken, beansprouts and noodle. i <3

haha, yes.

tat was last nite ard 10.30pm... then we woke up @ 6.30am for breakfast hahaha.. this is also 1 of the famous restaurant tat cannot be miss also. u see we din ate much cos the chicken fm last nite still haben digest. i dun hv to say, everything in the pic is yummy...

next is lunch @ big tree trunk hehe.. the name cute rite? in ipoh, assam laksa is known as laksa. spore so-called laksa is known as curry noodle. one of my fav too, haha, again not to be missed.
this shop was setup under the big trees, and tat how they got its name. the place is quite 'lok-kok' and when it rains, it'll get very messy with the mud on ground.
now they hv build a nice food court next to it, but the old place is still open but the day we went was their off day.

the 粗米粉 in ipoh is very 粗 if compared to wat we hv in spore. the laksa soup is very sour and spicy..... talkg abt it makes me feel hungry. then we eat the noodles with fried stuffs.. i duno how to say, juz go and eat it someday :)

actually i got eat other things also la... but no take pic. i will recommend again next time. hehe..

~ and at 1 point he said he wanted to sing one song that encouraged him a lots 查無此人; *yh* and me was like lookg @ each other huh? tat's a love song ler..... then when he sang is obviously not tat *aa* song. found a clip of him singg this song @ his hk crt :D who knows this song?

~ he keep on saying 谢谢 in the concert, as u can see he sang 2 songs (at least that i know of) with 谢谢 in the song name

~ there some songs tat i duno but even so I can still enjoy his dreamy vocal (again to emphasize), I noticed this song, nice song by an indie tw band.

~ overall, i loved the crt (repeat again), i loved his singg (& loved his songs selection?) hahaha.... a very worth concert to go (not becos he invited a very popular guest), is the quality of the concert (& the $ i paid?) hahaha again. hope *yh* enjoyed the crt as much as i did and at least i managed to promote 1 song to her, hahaha.....

~ 1 angry thing abt the crt is tat ppl keep leaving the stadium, maybe they all get free tic and juz go there to see the very popular guest..... but even after the 1st encore ppl start to leave, maybe they nvr go crt b4, they din know tat crt will REALLY ends when there's an announcement saying thk u for comin ... the crt now hv ended....etc etc

1 sth muz thks these others singer for helpg to promote aa, no other than show and adding derrick, so hope their young fans will notice 'back' this old singer... hahaha....

finally, when every1 is wathing the jewelry drama now, i started to watch the mooncake drama, thou i din watch the abalone drama.

the biscuits is a bit soft la... so we need to use spoon to scoop it up, thou it doesnt look appealing but it tastes good la...

my coll, Cheri went back to Ipoh during CNY and bought this back for us. thou Im from Ipoh but I didn't know that we hv this now. inside the pack there's cup, sugar, creamer and stirer (definately a stirer not a straw, hehe).

went hill climbing with my aunt today. my 1st time after living here for so many yrs

the summit is like the peak of the hill. next time I will bring some food to eat there... hehe...

my aunt needs some help so I picked her a natural walkg stick. hehehe...

going down we took the road path cos a bit tired liao

to clarify again: my aunt is very young 1, juz tat day her leg is not workg well, tat's y she needs a walkg stick :)

the air is very fresh and of cos the trees are very nice to see plus can exercise a bit. our whole journey takes abt 1.5hrs so not too bad.

- all pic abv is taken fm director's blog during their china's area performance

- on the performance itself, im no expert but i do enjoy it. the stage is nice thou most of the theatre's stage is big standing board where they can be flip to show different backdrop.

- *do* saw some1 commented tat why let the actor moved the furniture themselves. i personally thinks this is part of the show, like a dance and it was very well choreographed and flow-ed.

- they made adjustment to the script to localised the show a bit.... some dialogues was changed to singlish.. haha.. very funny with the 'la'.

- kui acted ok, i tink there's diff acting in drama/movie against theatre but i cant tell wat. but glad he acted in this show.... hehe... more exposure for him

- there were HK kui's fans sitting front & back of us, and they are very cute. they brought lite stic and lite board. but in the end they nvr use la.. only the gal behind me took out her lite stic. hahaha

- at the end of the show, director came out and talk a bit and all the actors intro a bit as well. all actors were given a bouquet of flowers and before they go in, some actor started to throw the flowers to audience followed by kui. then all the other actors passed their flowers to kui to throw. we tried to catch la... but obviously failed and 'san dao yao'.
