haha... juz wan to hv a post on 29/2 which only falls on every 4yrs.
very bo liao.
our company had a basic check-up for staff last week and I just got my result.
&%$&%^*#%^^@
my body fat is 27.9% and I am 0.9% over the range.
I did a check-up 2yrs ago and my body fat is over the range as well, but can't remember how over was it. guess I really need to eat less and exercise more.... ok ok, I been telling myself since once upon a time ago.

CNY 2008 (Part 2)
CNY @ SG 10th-21st Feb
nothing much to update other than eat, eat and eat...
watched KungFu Dunk on 12th or 13th Feb with ch, do & sh. not too bad, very funny and entertaining.
then on 19th Feb watched CJ7 with ch, hs & sh. haha.. is more like an educational movie, not a typical type of Mr.Chow's movie. the alien dog is very cute thou.....
lou hei @ ichiban novena sq on 20th Feb with S4 cum celebrating yh's b-day.
highlight of CNY @ Li & Fung - 'Kam Buffet' by ee.
- i am assigned to peel all the mandarin oranges and served them.
- obviously u can guess wat no I intended to arrange, juz of CNY so I arranged 1028 instead of u know wat no. hahaha.........
really ate quite a lots and my weight back to normal (heavy) again. sigh.... hv to start goin on diet soon. ok, that's all abt this yr CNY.... boring rite?

Sentosa Flowers 2008 - 16th Feb
mei leng called and asked whether I wan to go to this Sentosa Flowers, so here we are....
hehe.... big almost-like-star-shape flower sculpture

we were q-ing to take pic with the big almost-like-star-shape flower sculpture.....
wow! a big pineapple made fm chrysanthemum.
and ducks made fm flowers as well.
feels like winter sonata. haha.....
here's some of the pic i took... most of them flower oredi giving away when we are there, as it was the 2nd last day of the exhibition liao.
anyway, we had a great day thou the weather is warm, and lucky it was not hot.

wanted to post this happy cny wish b4 I leave for home but was very bz and din post this up. I thot of using last yr pic.
however, when I'm back, this yr pic is oredi available. hehehe....
one GOOD news b4 CNY is the nomination list of this yr HK Film Award. haha.... our favourite best actor is nominated again. see also my previous blog post on this topic:

CNY @ Ipoh 6th-9th Feb
- I left SG on 7.30pm bus on tues, 5th Feb nite and arrived Ipoh abt 4+am the next day.
- tis yr CNY can be described to be as peaceful as the blw plant sticking on the wall of my dad's little garden.
the blw is a BIG bowl of ginger-spring onion sauce for our food. by looking at the size of the sauce, tink u can imagine how much food we had :D
lou hei on 2nd day of CNY
our grand-parents hv 8 grand-children and this girl is the youngest and all-time-naughtiest of us all.
reached SG abt 5+am on sun, 10th Feb morning, and once reached home saw my mr.brown oredi hanging on wall up-side-down. haha.
