haha... juz wan to hv a post on 29/2 which only falls on every 4yrs.

our company had a basic check-up for staff last week and I just got my result.
&%$&%^*#%^^@
my body fat is 27.9% and I am 0.9% over the range.
I did a check-up 2yrs ago and my body fat is over the range as well, but can't remember how over was it. guess I really need to eat less and exercise more.... ok ok, I been telling myself since once upon a time ago.
watever la.....
